The ePathshala (2015) is  a joint initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has been developed for showcasing and disseminating all educational e-resources including textbooks, audio, video, periodicals, and a variety of other digital resources for its stake holders.

2. NROER : Website - https://nroer.gov.in/welcome
National Repository of Open Educational Resources - NROER is a collaborative platform, which brings together everyone interested in school and teacher education. Initiated by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and managed by the Central Institute of Educational Technology, National Council of Educational Research and Training, the Repository runs on the MetaStudio platform, an initiative of the Gnowledge Labs, Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education.

3. Vigyan Prasar – Website : https://vigyanprasar.gov.in
Vigyan Prasar(VP) is an autonomous organisation under Department of Science and Technology. Objectives of VP are to take up large-scale science popularization tasks/activities, to promote and propagate scientific and rational outlook, to act as a resource-cum-facility centre for S&T communication. 4. Sugamya Pustakalaya-  (https://library.daisyindia.org/ )
If you are looking for books accessible to the blind, people with low vision or to persons with any other print disability, this library of libraries is your one-stop shop. Users can access a collection of over   3,28,900 books.it is developed under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

5. E-CBSE –( http://cbse.nic.in/ecbse/welcome.html)
It is collection of e books in digital format. It is excellent platform to use e resources /e books from class 1 to 12. Various Value education modules, Work Experience e books and tecahers manuals are also available at this portal.

6. E-Mahashabdkosh : http://e-mahashabdkosh.rb-aai.in/
It is project of Rajbhasha Vibhag , Grih Mantralay Bharat Sarkar. It contains the Hindi to English and English to Hindi  Dictionary including the usage of word in Hindi and English.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration kids club contains audio,  videos, quizzes, e books and podcast and live NASA TV.

More than 140,000 of these books, texts, and documents are available free. It contains  about 3500 contemporary & classic children's books and stories, more than 2000 Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Thesauri, Glossaries, Bibliographies etc.

Global Digital Library (GDL) has been developed to increase the availability of high-quality reading resources in underserved languages worldwide.
7.             Kavita Kosh : http://kavitakosh.org/
Kavita Kosh is a wide collection of poems in Hindi, Urdu, Bhojpuri, Rajasthani, Avadhi, Nepali languages. It contains the poems of almost all the renowned poets. A poem can easily be searched by its author’s name or its language.

9.               National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) OER project : (http://oer.nios.ac.in/)
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) OER project NIOS has taken up an OER project for providing easy access to educational materials for Vocational programmes at the level of Secondary and Sr. Secondary (+2) levels. The project is carried out in partnership with state level institutions and organizations.

Designated a “great site for kids”by the American Library Association. This site provides educational videos, lessons, quizzes and educational games for school students.
11.               Internet Public Library : http://www.ipl.org/ 
ipl2 (Internet Public Library) is a public service organization and a learning/teaching environment. To date, thousands of students and volunteer library and information science professionals have been involved in answering reference questions for our Ask an ipl2 Librarian service and in designing, building, creating and maintaining the ipl2's collections. It is through the efforts of these students and volunteers that the ipl2 continues to thrive to this day.

International Children's Digital Library is established in University of Maryland North America. The ICDL is a rich resource which can be used in a wonderfully wide range of situations by children, parents, teachers, librarians and others from all walks of life.
13.               OLE Nepal : https://pustakalaya.org/
Pustakalaya is an education-focused digital library containing full-text documents, books, images, videos, audio files, and interactive educational software that can be accessed through an intranet or on the Internet. OLE Nepal started the development of E-Pustakalaya in 2008.
14.               OLabs : www.olabs.edu.in/
The OLabs is based on the idea that lab experiments can be taught using the Internet, more efficiently and less expensively. The labs can also be made available to students with no access to physical labs or where equipment is not available. It is funded by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Project Gutenberg offers over 56,000 free eBooks: Choose among free e pub books, free kindle books, download them or read them online. You will find the world's great literature here, especially older works for which copyright has expired.  No fee or registration is required to access these resources.
