National Library Week - 2020

 

National Library Week is celebrated every year between 14-20 November. On the occasion of National Library Week 2020, KV OEF Hazratpur is organizing number of activities for the students and teachers of the vidyalaya. Online Certificates will be given to all the successful participants.

National Education Day - India

Every year since 2008, November 11 is celebrated as education day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. He served as the first Education Minister of independent India, who served from 15 August 1947 until 2 February 1958. National Education Day of India is celebrated on  11 November every year. The day is also seen as an occasion to remember Azad's contribution in laying the foundations of the education system in an independent India, and evaluating and improving the country's current performance in the field.

KV OEF Hazratpur is organizing following awareness activity for the students and teachers of the vidyalaya :

Fitness Ki Dose, Adha Ghanta Roz': PM Modi's mantra for Fit India

  

On the occasion of 1st Anniversary of Fit India Movement Hon'ble Prime Minister gave a clarion call to nation to spend half an our daily on Fitness. Taking it forward, Department of Sports, Ministry of youth affairs and Sports (MYAS) have planned a series of activities and campaigns to promote Fitness across the country in the Month of December 2020.

The Plan includes Fit India Thematic Campaign - "फिटनेस का डोज़ , आधा घंटा रोज़ ", Fit India School Week, Fitness Assessment through Fit India App, Fit India Quiz, and Fit India Cyclothon with an aim to reach all the school going children, school staff and their families covering the whole country.

Activities : 

Virtual Assembly - Common Yoga Protocols, Debates, Symposium, Lectures on "Re-strengthening of the mind post pandemic"- Mental, Open letter to Youth of the Nation on II Power of Fitness", Open mic on topics such as "Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a

punishment for what you ate", Fitness Activities for Students, Staff and Parents etc,
